These facilities may be rented through the catering office of the West Point Club, (845) 446-5545. Active duty and retired military personnel, family members, and West Point civilian employees are eligible to rent the facilities listed below for private parties. Rental fees and availability off all facilities are based on catering services. WPC has first refusal rights for catered parties in all facilities. Pot luck functions are authorized, however may only be booked 30 days prior to the event.

Class of '49 Lodge
Delafield Pond, West Point
The '49er lodge, which was donated by the Class of '49, is a beautiful log house situated on a knoll overlooking the woods and Delafield Pond. The lodge was totally renovated inside and out in 1998. It is a large facility and can comfortably accommodate up to 160 people. It has limited kitchen facilities.

Golf Course Club House
West Point Golf Course, Rt. 9W
The West Point Golf Course Clubhouse, which was fully renovated in 1996, shows a beautiful view of the 16th hole through panoramic windows. It sports a rustic decor with a stone fireplace; however, it has no kitchen facility. The Clubhouse is available for parties during the off-season for golf, usually December through April.

Class of '47 Train Station
South Dock, West Point
West Point's old train station is located by the Hudson River on South Dock. The old Gothic station was renovated by the Class of '47 and is available for parties throughout the year. It is a perfect location for a smaller party, maybe potluck, since it seats up to 35 people and has a fully equipped kitchen.

Class of '48 Ski Lodge
Victor Constant Ski Slope, Rt. 9W
The Ski Lodge, which was built, and later renovated by the Class of '48, is a beautiful alpine lodge located at the foot of the ski slope. It has large picture windows overlooking the ski slope, a wide verandah, and lots of room to play outside. It is a great place for larger parties, with seating for around 125 people. It has no kitchen facilities. The lodge may be rented during the off-season for skiing, usually from the end of March through November.

Please Note: If we are fully booked and cannot support your request, we will gladly refer your request to our on post catering partners in the Cadet Activities Program. Their catering specializes in Cadet functions but they can support your event, if we are fully booked and they have the capability on your event's date and time. The Cadet Activities Catering Office can support large functions up to 1500 and will support smaller events if we are unable to do so. In order to support your event they must receive a formal referral from the Club's Catering Office.

MWR facilities are for eligible personnel only.
Active duty and retired military personnel, Air National Guard and Reserve personnel, family members of the above, DOD and retired civilian employees, and cadets are eligible to use MWR facilities. Proper identification may be requested by staff.
